We do not use third-party session-recording or analytics cookies in the plugins. If we add privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics in the future, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required by law.

We do not use HTTP cookies on our API for authentication. The API uses JWT tokens in request headers, stored locally as above.
5.2 Analytics
We do not currently use analytics cookies or session-recording tools in the Insta2Figma plugins.
If we introduce anonymous, aggregated product analytics in the future, we will:

6. What We Do Not Do
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies in the Insta2Figma plugins.
We do not sell cookie data or browsing profiles.
We do not store Instagram login cookies on your device.
7. Managing Cookies & Local Storage
7.1 Browser settings
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect sign-in, billing, or website functionality.
7.2 Plugin & local data
Figma: sign out, or clear plugin data / reinstall to remove session, history, and preferences in
clientStorage.Framer: sign out, or clear local storage for the plugin origin.
7.3 Withdrawing consent (Brazil / EEA)
If you previously consented to non-essential cookies (for example, on the website), you may withdraw consent by clearing cookies, adjusting browser settings, or contacting marcus@mainnet.design.
8. Your Rights Under the LGPD
Where cookies involve personal data, you have LGPD rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, revocation of consent, etc.). Contact marcus@mainnet.design.

9. Data Deletion
Clearing cookies and local storage removes data stored on your device only.
To delete server-side account data, email marcus@mainnet.design. See our Privacy Policy for what we delete and what we may retain.
We respond within 15 days or as required by LGPD.
10. International Transfers
Third-party providers (Polar, Google, Framer) may process data outside Brazil. We rely on appropriate safeguards under the LGPD and, where applicable, GDPR. Details in our Privacy Policy.
11. Retention
Functional storage on device: until you sign out, uninstall, or clear data.
Third-party checkout/auth cookies: governed by each provider’s policy.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or in-product where appropriate.
A Portuguese (PT-BR) version may be published separately.
13. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Brazil.
Consumers (CDC): disputes may be brought in the courts of your domicile (Article 101, CDC).
Other matters: courts of São Gonçalo, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
