Insta2Figma - Terms & Conditions
Insta2Figma - Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Insta2Figma (the “Service”), including the Figma plugin, Framer plugin, and related websites and backend services.
The Service is operated by:
MAINNET TECNOLOGIA
CNPJ: 62.169.789/0001-66
Estrada dos Menezes, 850, Sala 1307
São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
(“Mainnet”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
By installing, accessing, or using the Service — including continuing as a guest without signing in — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Our Cookies Policy describes cookies and similar technologies. These Terms incorporate both by reference.
2. What Insta2Figma Does
Insta2Figma lets you browse public Instagram profile previews and import Instagram post images (including carousel items) into your Figma or Framer design canvas.
The Service:
Retrieves publicly available Instagram content on your behalf (via our infrastructure and, when needed, third-party data providers such as Apify)
Uses short-lived server cache to improve performance
Processes media temporarily to complete imports and deliver signed access URLs to your plugin
Places imported images as design elements in your active Figma file or Framer project
We do not provide Instagram login, posting, messaging, or account management features.
3. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 years old with consent from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Use the Service only where it is lawful to do so
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
4. Accounts & Authentication
4.1 Guest use (no sign-in)
If you use the Service without signing in, we create a guest account tied to a pseudonymous identifier provided by Figma or Framer (for example, your platform user ID). Guest accounts are subject to Free plan limits.
4.2 Registered accounts
You may sign in with email (magic link) or Google OAuth. A registered account is separate from your guest account; quotas and subscription status apply to the account you are signed into.
4.3 Account security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email and design tools secure. Notify us promptly at marcus@mainnet.design if you suspect unauthorized use.
4.4 Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information when creating or upgrading an account.
5. Plans, Subscriptions & Billing
5.1 Plans
We offer Free, Pro, and Max plans. Current features and limits (subject to change with notice):
Plan | Price (monthly) | Price (yearly, equivalent/month) | Image import quota (per 30-day period) | Profile preview pagination |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | $0 | 100 images | Up to 3 pages |
Pro | $5 USD | $3 USD | 10,000 images | Up to 12 pages |
Max | $50 USD | $30 USD | 100,000 images | Unlimited |
Additional limits may apply per import job (for example, maximum posts or images per job). Quotas reset on a rolling 30-day period from your first import in that period.
5.2 Prices, currency & taxes
Subscription prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. If you are located in Brazil, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to Brazilian Reais (BRL) and apply IOF, exchange spreads, or other charges — these are outside our control.
Applicable Brazilian taxes may be included or added at checkout as determined by our payment provider and applicable law.
5.3 Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Polar. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
By subscribing, you authorize Polar and us to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
5.4 Renewals & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel through the subscription management flow provided at checkout or by contacting marcus@mainnet.design.
After cancellation, you retain paid features until the end of the current billing period, then revert to Free limits.
5.5 Refunds
Except where required by applicable law — including the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC — Brazilian Consumer Defense Code) for consumers in Brazil — payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused quota.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at marcus@mainnet.design.
5.6 Right of withdrawal (Brazilian consumers)
If you are a consumer in Brazil (pessoa física acquiring the Service for personal use, outside a commercial establishment), you may have a 7 (seven) calendar day right to withdraw from the contract without penalty, under Article 49 of the CDC, counted from the date of purchase or contract execution, where applicable.
To exercise this right, contact marcus@mainnet.design with your account email and purchase details.
Note: If you have already used substantial paid features during the withdrawal period, applicable law may limit or affect the refund amount. We will handle each request in accordance with the CDC and guidance from PROCON and applicable courts.
5.7 Price changes
We may change plan prices or limits. We will provide reasonable notice before changes affect an existing paid subscription. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing for subsequent billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service to import, reproduce, or distribute content you do not have the right to use
Violate Instagram’s/Meta’s Terms of Use, Figma’s Terms, Framer’s Terms, or any applicable law
Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, or technical protections
Use the Service for spam, harassment, malware, or unlawful activity
Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a standalone offering to third parties without our written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or activity that threatens the Service or other users.
7. Instagram & Third-Party Content
7.1 No affiliation
Insta2Figma is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Figma, or Framer. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
7.2 Your responsibility for imported content
Instagram posts, images, captions, and other media may be protected by copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy rights belonging to creators, brands, or other rights holders.
You are solely responsible for:
Determining whether you may import and use specific content in your designs
Obtaining any required permissions, licenses, or releases
Complying with Instagram’s platform rules and the rights of content owners
We do not grant you any license to third-party content retrieved through the Service.
7.3 Public profiles only
The Service is intended for publicly accessible Instagram profile content. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, completeness, or continued access to any profile or post.
7.4 Third-party service availability
The Service depends on third parties (including Instagram, Apify, Figma, Framer, cloud hosting, and payment providers). Outages, API changes, or policy enforcement by those parties may affect functionality without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our property
The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and UI, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws, including Brazilian Law No. 9.609/1998 (Software Law) and Law No. 9.610/1998 (Copyright Law), where applicable. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
8.2 Your designs
You retain ownership of your Figma files, Framer projects, and original work you create. You grant us only the rights necessary to operate the Service (for example, processing import jobs and placing images on your canvas at your request).
8.3 Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.
9. Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Under the LGPD, you may have rights including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, and information about sharing. To exercise these rights, contact marcus@mainnet.design.
You may also file a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD): https://www.gov.br/anpd
10. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing marcus@mainnet.design from the email address linked to your account (or with enough information for us to verify guest/platform identity).
We will delete or anonymize, within 15 days (or as required by LGPD):
Your account record (email, platform IDs, subscription linkage on our side)
Import job records tied to your account
Feedback you submitted
Scrape telemetry rows matching your HMAC pseudonymous account ID
We may retain data where required by law (for example, billing records held by Polar), for fraud prevention, or in anonymized/aggregated form that can no longer identify you.
See the Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Service Availability & Changes
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, quota enforcement, or third-party failures may cause delays or errors.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to paid features will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the CDC or other mandatory Brazilian consumer protection law.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50
For consumers in Brazil: any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the CDC and applicable court decisions.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MAINNET TECNOLOGIA harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, content you import, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law for consumers in Brazil.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the plugins and canceling any active subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required for legal or security reasons.
Upon termination, sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations incurred, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and data deletion where applicable) will survive.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service, our website, or email where appropriate. For consumers in Brazil, material changes will be communicated in a clear and accessible manner, in accordance with the CDC.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
17.1 Brazilian consumers
If you qualify as a consumer under the CDC, you may bring disputes in the courts of your domicile, as provided in Article 101 of the CDC. You may also seek assistance from PROCON.
17.2 Business users & non-consumer disputes
For disputes where the CDC does not apply, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Gonçalo, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, unless another venue is required by mandatory law.
17.3 Alternative resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to contact us at marcus@mainnet.design so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
18. General
Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy are the entire agreement between you and MAINNET TECNOLOGIA regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Language: These Terms are provided in English. A Portuguese (PT-BR) version may be published separately; where required by law for consumers in Brazil, the Portuguese version prevails in case of material inconsistency.
